A very pretty construction on this late 1800's/early 1900's French cotton  bloomer. White. Cotton. Open crotch. Cutwork edging at the bottom of the legs which is all hand done and hand embroidred. Mother of pearl butttons for closure at the sides and a linen tie at the back. On the front at the waist a nicely done monogram with the initial "BM." Photos are a good indication of color and condition.

Overall good condition with no damage and a clean appearance. I did notice two tiny faint marks that would undoubtedly come up with a deeper cleaning.
