A very pretty construction on this late 1800's/early 1900's French cotton bloomer. White. Cotton. Open crotch. Crochete edging at the bottom of the legs which is all hand done and hand embroidred details. Porcelain button closures at the sides. On the front at the waist a nicely done monogram with the initial "BM." Photos are a good indication of color and condition.

Very clean appeance with no damage or stains. The only thing to note is that there is a linen tie at the back of the bloomers that threads through the back and only a piece of that is still remaining to it would need to be replaced.  In addition, one small spot at the crotch edge that has come loose where the fabrics would need to be rolled under and hemmed. Nothing major.
