I've made these lavender sachet out of a 18th century silk brocade fragment and backed with a 19th century striped silk fabric. Tightly and overstuff to give the sachet a robust romantic look. Photos are a good representation of actual color.
Measurements
approx. 16 cm from top to bottom x 9.5 cm across at the widest point.
Condition
The silk brocades are old and I have stabilized the fabrics with a backing in order to assure that the sachets will last for years to come. All fabrics do show slight signs of age. I puposely wanted to stay true to their age and try not to over repair or overclean. I wanted to keep them old and authentic looking.
