I've made this small feather pillow (with a sprinkle of lavender) using a 19th century French roll/block print fabric. Cotton. Shades of The backing is a 19th century vegetable dyed cotton that was terracotta and yellow with an indigo blue background. Depicting a bird redstings on a cherry tree branch with finey leaves and stylize florals in the background and a butterfly just above the bird. The back is a distressed colored cotton saved from an old chasuble that compliments the terracotta colors of the front fabric. Filled to a soft touch and light in weight. I always find these little pillows great for accent pieces or using in your lap when reading. Photos are a good representation of actual color and condition.
