Large antique metal work applique. French in origin. Dates from the mid 1800s. Saved from an old vestment. Depicts a rose scrolled leaves. Metal threads were gold at one time but have now taken on a dark gun metal grey patina.The photos are a good representation of actual color.

Condition
Good condition for age. The only thing to note is some light surface wear to the metal threads.
