Really nice quality and a feel to this vintage passementerie trim. Made in France. Cotton. Navy blue in color with a navy blue velvet ribbon running down the center. The ribbon can be removed easily if desired. Medium weight. Suitable for soft furnishings as well as upholstery work. Photos are a good representation of actual color.
