Antique Dutch glazed  chintz bauwen. Part of the traditional wear in the city of " Marken " in Holland. Ramoneur design. Beautiful floral design against a black ground.  Full repeat design. Dates from the mid 1800's. Hand stiched edges. Good strong colors. Photos are a good representation of actual color.

Overall good condition.  The only thing to note is that 8 cm in from the bottom there is a small repair . Two holes at the top and bottom left hand side ( this is where the bauwen was ussually pinned to the costume) . One small hole towards the bottom right hand side.
