Ornate look to this antique gold metallic corded trim. French in orign. Probably dates from the late 1800's or early 1900's. Gold metallic casings wrapped around a linen base. Well developed patina. Nice quality. Photos are a good representation of actual color.

The width is 4.1 cm from top to bottom of scalloped edge.
Condition
Used but still in good condtion. The only thing to note is one tiny spot towards each end where the metal casing has worn leaving the linen base thread exposed. Nothing major or distracting.
