Probably dating from the early 1900's this beautiful white on white hand embroidery with cutwork. Cotton. Part of a dress at one time. Repeat design of small blossoms and leafy branches. Scalloped along the bottom edges. Photos are a good represenation of actual color and condition.

Left in "as found" condition and not laundered but has a very clean appearance. 
 
No stains. The only thing to note is a couple of small breaks in the plain cotton band just above the center.
