Probably dating from the early 1900's this beautiful white on white hand embroidery with cutwork. Cotton. Part of a dress at one time. Repeat design of blossoms and leaves. Scalloped along the bottom edge. Photos are a good represenation of actual color and condition.

Condition
 
Left in "as found" condition and not laundered but has a very clean appearance. 
 
No stains or damage.  The only thing to note is that there is one seam which runs from top to bottom.
