Probably dating from the early 1900's this beautiful white on white hand embroidery with cutwork. Cotton. Part of a dress at one time. Repeat design of stytlized blossoms and leaves. Scalloped along the bottom edge. Photos are a good represenation of actual color and condition.

Condition
 
Left in "as found" condition and not laundered but has a very clean appearance. 
 
One small break in the embroidery work and one large hole in the cotton along top edge with a couple of small holes and tiny stains in the top cotton edge. For the rest all of the embroidery work in very good useable condition.
