A pretty piece of 1930's French lace bording. Cutwork design with white on white embroidered edging. I'm not a lace expert but do see knotting at the back so I believe this is hand done. The edging is attached to a band of cotton and probably a skirt bottom at one time. Photos are a good represenation of actual color and condition.

2 meters 85 cm in length x 10 cm from top of cotton to bottom of lace scallop
 
The cutwork/embroidered lace edging alone is 
 
4.5 cm wide. 
 
Condition
 
Probably used but still in good condition with no damage or stains. 
 
The lace has been left in "as found" condition I never clean antique lace because I like the old aged look.
