Materials used in making the basket:
 
gold metallic twist rope cording for basket and handle
Antique silk white and pink silk ombre ribbon used for blossoms
golden silk ombre ribbon used for leaves
gold metallic bullion threads for centers of blossoms
 
Measurements
 
13 cm from top of handle to bottom of basket center x 7.5 cm across at the widest points. 
 
Condition
 
All materials used in making this ribbon work basket are antique and originate from France. All materials in good and mostly unused condition.
