Obtained from a private collection this 19th century Irish lace. This was undoubtedly part of a dress at one time. The floral and leaf motifs are applied and hand stitched to the tulle. The center of each blossom has very finely hand done lace work. White. All cotton.  Photos are a good example of condition and color.

2 meters 80 cm in length along the bottom scalloped edge x 75 cm wide (measurements ust of design add approx. another 22 cm at the top for the extra tulle)
 
Condition
 
I've inspected the fragment closely. There is a small repair towards one side. There are a few small holes in the netting but nothing major. There is a small spot on one of the scallops that has three little stains next to each other. The fragment is good clean condition but not laundered. I prefer to leave antique textiles in the condition found and leave cleaning up to the discretion of the  buyer.
