Vintage French rococo trim. Sage green color. Probably a polished cotton. I did a burn test on the trim and it has a very slow burn that does not bubble and leaves a white flaky ash. Classic look and a nice base for using on lamps, ribbonwork projects and collage work.. Photos are a good represenation of actual color.
