I love the logo and the navy/cobalt blue logo on this vintage French pastry flour sacks. "Le Gaulois Farine a Patissierie." The Gaul pastry flour. Each sack would have held 1 kilo of flour. Made in Lyon, France. I believe the sacks are a finely wovenly linen and glazed.
