Vintage gold metallic trim. French in origin. Probably mid 20th century. Cotton coral thread accent running down the sides and down the middle with a black stripe. Gold metallic threads have a repearing triangle design. Possibly a military trim or for vestments.  Photos are a good representation of actual color and condition.
