Very cool vintage French metallic trim. Gold metallic twist threads along the side. Repeating oval design in black and rosy red with a silver metal thread woven into the background. Made like "stumpwork" where the back is padded with wool thread  raising the oval design. Photos are a good representation of actual color and condition.
