Vintage hand embroidered applique. French in origin. Vintage silver purl metallic thread and silver metallic spangles hand sewn to a creme silk brocade fabric. Photos are a good representation of actual color and condition. 
 
Measurements
 
26 cm from top to bottom x 18 cm wide at the widest points.
The applique only measures 17 cm from top to bottom x 15 cm wide at the widest points.
 
Condition
 
Overall good condition. The onlything to note is that here and there you will see a few faint watermarks on the silk fabric. Nothing major. The applique can easily be cut out and reused .
