Vintage viscose tassels made by the famous passementerie company Houle of France. Dark taupe at top with two dark gold tassels hanging from the bottom. Hand tied with a brown thread around the tassels and a bit of green thread at the top. Perfect for fans, pillows, keys etc. Houle is known for their quality soft home furnishings.
