Vintage viscose tassels made by the famous passementerie company Houle of France. Light grey at top with two ivory white tassels hanging from the bottom. Hand tied with a white thread around the tassels and a bit of white thread at the top. Perfect for fans, pillows, keys etc. Houle is known for their quality soft home furnishings.
