Vintage hand sewn dress applique. French in origin. Scrolled leaves like motif made out of metal cording and metal mesh cording with beadwork and glass stone accents.  Photos are a good indication of color and condition.

Thescrolled leaf design  measures 7 cm from top to bottom x 4 cm wide 
Condition
 
Overall good condition. The only thing to note is that it has a couple of breakes at the right hand side  and a few missing stones. A great piece to reuse.
