We ship worldwide and combine orders to save on shipping.

All packages are sent priority registered mail with the French post and delivery times vary according to your location but in general can take from 7 to 14 working days.

There are 3 standard flat rates for a package weighing no more than 2 kg

If your package weighs more than 2 kilos extra charges may apply and we will inform you of the additional charges.

                                                               Payments

 

We accept PayPal and all major Credit Card payments.

Credit Card payments can take 2 days to process. Once the credit card payments are received on our account we will ship your package.

Any cost of Credit Card charges associated with Credit Card disputes or chargebacks that are unfounded will be the responsibility of the Credit Card holder.

 

Returns and Refunds

We only accept returns if the items received were not accurately described.

But if there are any issues please feel free to contact us.

 

Returns are made at the customers cost and the package must be sent back packaged the same way as it has been shipped. 

The package must be returned within 2 days after it has been received.

If the items returned arrive damaged there will be no refund on the items or the shipping.
